(End Update) Ruined Pillar

The new ruined portals are cool but I know the end is just not finished. How about sometimes a pillar that spawns on the main island sometimes has crying obsidian on it. There will still be an end crystal on it but I thought it'd be cool to have. Put suggestions in comments!
