Scoped crossbow sniper enchantment

A follow up to the scoped crossbow idea with the new telescope in the cave&cliff update. If crossbows get the ability to combine with the new telescope, then this would be a cool enchantment to go with it. Basically just an enchantment that scales damage with how far the projectile travels. Damage would be lower at closer ranges, but get much higher at a distance. Name would likely be "sniper".

  i would not think this would be an enchantment. i believe you should just be able to attach one on at a crafting table
