Icy cave biome

New cave biome filled with ice, icy stone, icy spikes, underground frozen lakes and yeti-like creatures (maybe wooly striders?). It could also take advantage of the new "snowier snow" and there could be unexpected drops into these caves. The biome would spawn only when the actually overworld biome is a cold one but would still be uncommon.

    I was also about to pitch this idea. I think a snowy or icy cave biome is a necessity if biomes are being added to caves because it does not make much sense to be in a lush cave biome underneath a frozen tundra.
