Crystals and Ores

The addition of the new amethyst crystals and copper ore is amazing for sure. However, I would love to see many more crystals than just amethyst as well. Perhaps some more randomly generated things similar to the amethyst geodes, but instead, there can be rubies, sapphires, and more. I think the point I'm getting at here is simply just to have more unique and colorful crystals then just the purple amethyst. And then about the ores. Similarly with the amethyst, I feel that adding more ores could really expand on the exploring and fun aspect of mining. Perhaps allow players a way of obtaining some of the crystals by mining them in their ore form?
