Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

    Copper oxidizes in oxygen not in water, while this is a cool idea it would not be scientifically accurate (if mojang cares about that in this case)

    Nitric acid (aka aqua fortis) reacts with copper to form cupric nitrate. Cupric nitrate is the traditional chemical used to patina copper or bronze to a nice blue green. Minecraft could easily add a potion recipe for ‘Aqua Fortis’ (very minecrafty name), and then one for cupric nitrate- aqua fortis plus copper ingot (oxidizing potion) and then we could use that for instant oxidizing. I think this is something you should have to work for though, a water filled cauldron is not enough.
