Option to let zombies Break doors

Add an option to let zombies break doors if you turn it on instead of needing to be in hard difficulty. It would add a little customizability to the difficulty.

    I like the Idea of customizable difficulty. It adds a whole lot more replay value to a game and more challenge for veterans.

    This needs to be a thing! I want to play on normal mode, but I can't because I don't want to play without zombies breaking doors. I literally just want zombies to be a threat, that's it.
