This place will be found in Mountains or under the sea.
Currently it's abandoned and can only be accessed if you destroy the iron door then you'll see a nice facility that is full of many broken robots and half of them do work but the other ones are broken beyond repair.
You'll find books about what happened here in the chests.
There are 5 books total, each one talks about a sort of new power source, you'll understand the whole thing after you find all 5 books.
'day 1: I first started project 71 after 5 days after i built this place, these robots will help with the facility...'
'Day 2: I began to merge redstone with other ores until i had built it, a emerald infused redstone! Tomorrow will be a great day...'
