The skulk sensor, and in extent the rest of the skulk growths, should be able to be waterlogged and detect vibrations in the surrounding water. This would allow redstone engineers to further employ the skulk sensor in a greater variety of builds, and it could naturally spawn in flooded caves to add stealth to swimming as well.
