A new ingredient for eyes of ender

I really like this idea but I'm sure some of people would be against this idea. However, let me make my case first.

I've always thought the ingredients needed to get to the end were a bit too little, and the way of getting there has grown stale. So much has changed in recent updates yet the way to get to the end has stayed practically the same. Adding a new item necessary to craft an eye of ender would add an extra challenge for speedrunners and would definitely help the game feel fresh again.

Judging from Minecraft Live the deep dark is probably the only place wardens will spawn, and from the demonstration wardens look incredibly dangerous, they can kill the player in a mere 2 hits in full netherite armor.

But I'm worried that the warden is too powerful, the warden could be so powerful that no sane player would go anywhere near the deep dark, I could imagine whenever a player enters the deep dark they'd grab a few skulk sensors and leave immediately.

With such a dangerous mob wandering around the deep dark, nobody would want to go there unless there were valuable items that can only be found in the deep dark. And I think a new ingredient for eye of ender would be the perfect new item, as the deep dark would work as a serious challenge to players who want to get to the end. After all if you can't survive the deep dark I seriously doubt you'd be able to survive the end.

Besides, the blocks and warden in the deep dark look like they came straight out of The End.

I like this idea. I’d also like to add that recently, endermen have become increasingly more common to find, and getting enough enderpearls is extremely simple because of the recent Nether Update, so the grind that was getting enough pearls is now gone, so adding a new ingredient that actually makes reaching the end a challenge would be great.
