Moss should always point North/South

As we all know, there's the common conception that moss always points North in the Northern Hemisphere, and South in the Southern Hemisphere. So maybe, with the addition of the new moss block, this should add some type of accuracy with how moss actually works in the real world.

Maybe on the on positive Z, the moss faces north, and on negative Z, the moss always faces south.
