Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

But this must somehow be implemented for the players. Under this effect, players themselves will not be able to inflict damage. What about mechanisms and flint, buckets of lava? Does it mean that players will still be able to inflict damage to each other indirectly?

For players, who aren't inherently hostile, the potion of peace has to work a little differently. I think it could adopt a similar form to the status effect resistance, given to players through turtle master potions, beacons and enchanted golden apples.

This means the potion of peace would provide a buff against damages except for starvation, the void, /kill and boss mobs.

As it works in the same way as resistance, this means that indirect damage still affects the player, but to a lesser degree.
