Cloud spawn location

Clouds spawn equally across the whole map but the amount of clouds in each biome should be diffrent like in the desert there are few clouds and near tall mountains/mountains with snow there are a lot of clouds and when it’s raining almost the whole sky or at least above you there’s a lot of clouds even if you’re in a desert. This is a minor improvement but I believe this will make the game look way better
