Re-Bared Concrete

This block would be a variant of concrete you could craft that is an immovable object and has a higher blast resistance too. It would be crafted by iron bars surrounded in a crafting table by your choice of color concrete powder. When placed, you must add water to make it solid concrete. If broken as concrete powder, it leaves the iron bars, and same for actual concrete. Would be really useful for making redstone looking more pretty, as well as for people who like building secure bases that want to use concrete.
