Winter Rose for Cliffs Update

I was thinking that a new flower could exist really high up in mountains biomes, called the Winter Rose. It would serve as a great trophy for players who have scaled those massive peaks! They could also have some unique properties, such as performing the opposite of a Wither Rose (healing the player) when placed down - after all, it took a lot of effort to get it in the first place!
