Skulk Blocks in End Dimension

Allow all the skulk blocks corrupt into the end. Also allow easy access to find skulk sensor if afraid of the warden.

    To be fair, the skulk stuff does fit really well both underground and in the end :)

    The whole point of the warden is to add challenge to caving. Plus, who said that skulk blocks had anything to do with the end. The End is a sky dimension, and the deep dark is at the bottom of the world, it does not work.
