Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Amethyst Arrows for Fletching Table

I think it only makes sence for the Bow and Arrow to have an upgraded, gem counterpart to the diamond sword. It would also create more value for Amethyst if it had an expendable use, giving the player a reason to come back for more. as for those uses, it would be cool if it was faster, stronger, or mabye fragmented on contact with something for extra damage and varied gameplay. it would be neat new cave loot and a great addition to the game.
