Crystal Glass

Inspired by how amethyst is used to make the crystal lens of the new telescope, amethyst can be used to make a new type of glass that,in large amounts, can warp your vison through it depending on how you place it. It can also act as a prism and make rainbows if in sunlight.

    I like the idea, but I think that it should be also stronger then regular glass, maybe blast proof or blast resistant like endstone. I think this would improve function, it could have a purplish tint, maybe not dyeable, and could require at least an iron pickaxe to break efficiently. I think it needs more function, and warped would be cool, but blast resistance is more useful.

    Even a simple crafted prism made of amethyst would be a welcome and wonderful addition to the game.
