Maybe doors. However it would have to hear you first or possibly already be chasing you when you go through one

Yeah this is a great idea, we can escape from most of hostile mobs digging a hole or making a barricade. Since the warden is so powerful it must have the ability to break blocks. Of course only if he spotted you, it should break blocks in your direction...To balance things out, maybe we could use some strong noice to distract it or getting it stunned for some time, or maybe a silent potion!. It would be so thrilling and great!

For prevent block path to kill warden i have two suggestion:

Acid ability, the warden will split acid who turn block black like skulk and break like Frosted Ice giving time to player run or react.

Tongue, the warden will pull player just like fishing rod do.

I was actually going to post this. I had an idea on how it would work. So, stronger blocks would take longer to break than weaker blocks. Obsidian and netherite, for example, would take eight punches (I imagine the warden would do some kind of punching animation), blocks as strong as diamond and gold would take 6 punches, iron would take four punches, stone- strength blocks would take two punches, and anything weaker like dirt, wood, or sand would be easily punched through. Also, there could be an explosion, as if a powerful force hit the block, which could do further damage to any walls or dirt pillars unprepared players might try. This would allow late game players with a respectable amount of obsidian to more easily trap the warden behind a wall or even kill it by shooting it with arrows through a small hole, whereas an early game player or speedrunner would be punished hard for trying the iron golem trick with some dirt blocks on the warden, a late game mob.
