When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

Give dispensers the ability to remove items from bundles

New "bundle" items were announced as one of the features for 1.17 in Miecraft Live 2020, they allow different kinds of items to be placed inside them to be stored in a single inventory slot.

My suggestion is that when a dispenser with a bundle in it is activated, it should drop the contents but keep the bundle item in the dispenser.

This would be useful for making item sorter systems able to automatically unbundle items.
