obsidian spikes biome for the end

this would add a biome of obsidian spikes in the end with crying obsidian on the tops of them. this would explain where the obsidian came from for the obsidian pillars at the ender dragon fight.

    This biome should have large islands at a variety of elevations, and obsidian pillars should in some cases connect islands that are partially above eachother. Perhaps there would also be the odd horizontal spike.

    There could be a new ore here similar to Netherite in the spikes, but rarer.

    I think this would be great considering the devs want to keep The End Dimension's "desolate feel"
