Make suspicious stew uncraftable and a common loot item

The suspicious stew can be the most powerful food item, so it should be only obtainable by Brown Mooshrooms, loot chests, and trading. Making it uncraftable makes it a unique item with risk unless you have one of the rarest mobs.
