Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Quarter plank/block

It is 1/4th part of any block which can form different decoration

    I think this is a great idea. i am always trying to make things and find the half slabs to be too thick and the carpet or pressure plates too thin and that they dont look right

    I think this should be added to Minecraft 1.22 or later for a few reasons:

    1. Since we have full blocks, 3/4th blocks(stairs), and 1/2 blocks(slabs), it's only fitting that we finish these off with a 1/4th block since it feels empty without one.
    2. As someone already said, the slabs can feel too big sometimes, and it would be helpful for more detailed builds.
    3. It could be used to make thinner walls by stacking them on top of each other like you can do with slabs.
