(End Update) Endermite infestation fields

I made a post about making a new dimension but someone said that we need to finish up the ones` already in. They just finished the nether but what about the end? I feel like it makes no sense that Endermen and endermites hate each other but are not anywhere near each other. Endermites only spawn when players throw ender pearls a lot. There should be these plains with end stone grounds. Maybe grass but purple and endermites spawn here. Endermites will infest the endstone and only come out if the end stone is broken or endermen wander in the field.
