You should be able to make armor and more from steel you should be able to make daggers and make swords of pure steel but you should also be able to reinforce ypur weapons and armor but to make steel ypu would need a hammer which would need 2 sticks 3 iron ingots 1 gold nugget and a blacksmithing table but when you get the steel you will have to dip it in water because if you hold it to long it will burn you and kill you to make the steel you will need coal and iron ingots.
