There are zombie villages, and normal villages, why not make a zombie Pillager Outpost for zombie villages? For me, if a zombie village takes you to a normal Pillager Outpost, it should take you to a zombie, and why not a mob for that Pillager Outpost? A Pillager as a zombie, basically a Pillager that adapts to what is in the zombie village.
