New Enchanment: Nymphs Blessing

An enchantment specifically for boots. It is incompatible with frost walker, depth strider, and soul speed. When you are holding seeds or a plantable item, it will plant them as you walk over tilled soil. If wearing boots enchanted with Nymph's Blessing you can run on wheat and other farmable items and it will not break the item or pack the soil.
