Making it an option to turn off the directional sound of a jukebox would also be a good option. For someone who is sound sensitive, it nausea inducing the way the sound change when you move in game which is a shame as the in game records are good and it would be neat to be able to listen to them.

so sad that this 3 year old post only has 10 votes because this is SUCH a big problem for me. turning it down needs to be an accessibility option it is absolutely unbearable. im so glad im not the only one

Bumping this!! It is physically uncomfortable to use jukeboxes due to how aggressive the audio panning is.

Jukeboxes are unlistenable unless you're staring directly at them. I just want to listen to a record while building. I'm fine with directional audio, but there shouldn't be an apparent 95% difference in volume between my ears. Moving around while a jukebox plays feels less like listening to music and more like listening to a fly buzz around your head.

I just built a red stone device for controlling a jukebox in my base and was supper disappointed to find out that it's useless since I can't actually hear the records unless I'm physically looking in the right direction. I've built things like this in the past and it didn't used to be like that. I also tested it on my switch and jukebox sound was not directional. I think this is a bug. Literally I can stand right next to the jukebox and if I turn around and face away the audio fades completely. I swear it didn't used to do this, maybe my old directional audio wasn't as good?

Accessibility issue. I can't bear to play and disks unless being really careful to balance the audio in both ears or setting my entire computer to mono. Turning my head should not reduce the music playing in one ear to almost nil. This is not what stereo sound was invented for and not how it is typically used. We need a fix for this!
