throwing fire resistance into lava should have an effect

basically when you throw a fire resistance potion or splash potion (or lingering potion) on lava it should float to the top and after like 8 frames the potion breaks, a fire sound (like on cobblestone generators) plays and a fire resistance lingering potion (for 7 seconds of effect) cloud for 5 seconds appears.
