Mob Heads Give abilities

Mob Heads will give you certain abilities like when wearing a wither skull you take less damage from withering or dragon head makes you fly faster. This will make heads useful and worth you while. Other examples could be like zombie head scares villager letting you round them up, creeper head makes you take less damage from explosions, skeleton head lets you shoot you bow 5% quicker. Of course these are all suggestions and they don't have to add these specific ones.
