What about Piglins Fury a new effect similar to Bad Omen in the Nether.

 
The idea would be that the Piglin brute can appears in some Piglin group. If you kill one Piglin brute who will be the piglin leader, the Piglins fury effect will be activate.

After killing their leader a boss bar will show up directly, the player has two choices to either fight enemy waves or flee. When the player leave the Nether, this effect disapear directly.

But he can decide to fight them for have some rewards after.

A boss bar appears and you fight against 3 big piglins wave 

Wave System : 

First wave :

The first wave is just a lot piglins who will attack and hunt the players.

Second wave :

The second wave will be strong piglins warriors, where piglins all equipped with gold armor and gold weapons or crossbow will attack and hunt the players.

Third wave :

In the last wave some piglins brutes will join and attack with strong piglins warriors equiped with gold armor and gold weapons or crossbows.

Note :

When you kill a piglin brute during a wave, it won't trigger the Piglins fury again.

It won't be complicated for the Piglins Bastion since the player can just avoid the Piglin brute, block him or don't kill him in a group of Piglins and if he triggers this event, he has just to flee the Nether and come back.

After beat their army, the player will get a new effect called "Terror of the Piglins" where all the piglins will not attack the player til the player leave the Nether.

    This is way too much of a challenge to occur when you kill a Piglin brute. This will only encourage players to flee Piglins in fear if a brute is tagging along rather than engaging with them and barter.

    Rather than this when killing a piglin brute, how about adding a new mob, a piglin leader of some sort. What the mob is called (ex. priest, knight, lord...) will help us learn about piglin society a little.
