Arrow Bending Enchant For Bows.

Why this enchant?: I've always had this idea for a new bow enchant, where your arrows would curve towards the target. This would allow less skilled players to pick up the bow as a weapon and train themselves!

This is not heat seeking! Arrows will not follow targets!

How it works:

  • The enchant will curve the arrow ever so slightly towards the target. 
  • The higher the level, the more it turns.
  • At higher levels it might be able to curve around corners slightly.
  • An arrow's damage would be decreased slightly.
  • Arrows would gain a purple glint and particle effect.

How does it know what to hit?: 

  • It hits the nearest mob to your aimed location.
  • It  has a priority system; where it chooses hostile mobs over passive mobs.
  • If there are no hostile mobs it will choose the nearest passive mob.

So, if you were to shoot at a zombie, and your dog was off to the side, it would choose the zombie even if the dog was closer. This enchant would also help with hitting small entities.

    If the enchant isn't added, it would be cool if at the very least there was an arrow that did this, like combining a shulker shell with an arrow, or using a shulker shell in the arrow recipe
