Cacti should not destroy themselves

I think that cactus items should not be destroyed by cactus blocks.

    I don't think any item should be destroyed on cactus! Cactus interact with the player the same way berry bushes do, get too close and they hurt you a little. But berry bushes don't destroy items. So why should cactuses?
