Friction Enchantment (slippy slidey)

This enchantment would decrease a block's friction making it more slippery. Each level decreases the friction and its max level is 3.

    Um... I don't see how this is really related to combat... I suppose this would be a boots enchantment?

    Oh Okay. I thought that this would be a cool feature for PvP but I guess it didn't really fit in with the snapshot. My bad lol.
