Replace the Scrolls With Fancy Chests When They're Obtained

I kinda find it annoying when the room that has the scroll in it is empty after receiving it. I believe that all scrolls should be replaced with Fancy Chests when you have obtained them.

    The Lower Temple scroll found in Desert Temple wasn't replaced with a Fancy Chest, but this idea is still amazing
