Command Blocks with Special Powers

If you have a command block you have three powers: lucky command block, nuke, and lift earth. You can switch between powers and sneak to activate the one you want. The nuke power will summon a nuke when you sneak. The lucky command block power will drop a command block from the sky that is either something good or something bad when it hits the ground. Lift earth will lift the earth beneath you one block every time you sneak.
