Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Diamond armor combined with cave camaleon's leather

I think if there were to be a cave update you should add one or more minerals, but if you create for example better armor than netherite, no one will go looking for netherite, so an idea come to my mind:

A mob, like a very rare cave calameon that if killed drops his leather with which you create a block that takes on the color of the last mob that passed over it, but this is a secondary idea, because the leather will mainly be used as an upgrade to the diamond armor to craft a colorable diamond armor. However, the colorable diamond armor cannot be combined with netherite, so you have to decide whether to have a more beautiful but less strong armor than netherite.

It can also be done that you can add patterns to the armor to embellish it as you wish, for example having a Spartan armor but at the level of the diamond.
