The Blast Mob

I was thinking of a new mob for when there's an update on lightning and thunderstorms. This mob is what I call a Blast, the lightning version of the Blaze.

  • The Blast can fly.
  • The Blast will spawn in the Overworld during thunderstorms when lightning hits the ground.
  • The chances of the Blast spawning when lightning hits the ground would be less than 100%.
  • The Blast attacks just like how the Blaze attacks but lightning style.
  • The Blast is immune to lightning.
  • The Blast is strengthened by water and rain.
  • A Blaze turns into a Blast if struck by lightning.
  • If the Blast is in water or rain, it's attacks affect the mobs by how lightning effects it.
  • The Blast deals damage from fire, lava and weapons.
  • The Blast drops a Blast Rod when it dies and can be used for something (I don't know what it should be used for yet).

    Hmm... What if the Blast Rods could be used for a new potion? Maybe a Potion of Draining? The potion could drain health from nearby mobs and give 50% of health drained to player but the effect should not last very long.
