Soul Storms

When a player wearing Soul Speed boots walks on soul sand or soul soil there should be a 0.1% chance that it starts a Soul Storm. Blue lightning flashes everywhere, and many soul particles fly around. When a blue lightning bolt strikes an entity, it deals 7 damage instead of the usual 5. It should be noted that soul storms can only be triggered in Soul Sand Valleys.
