Sneak toggle on mounts

Just a minor detail (resisted the urge to make a 'miner' pun). The sneak key and dismount key are the same key by default, so when you have sneak set to 'toggle' whenever you dismount you also sneak until you hit it again. When dismounting from an animal this isn't really an issue, just a very small inconvenience, but when getting off a boat it also makes you plummet down into the water, which depending on your reaction time, how much attention you're paying, etc. it could be unhealthy for your character. I'd just suggest making it to where dismounting doesn't trigger the sneak toggle.
