Police goats in villages

In minecraft I'd like to police villagers, for example, theres a wanted villager you walk up to the police villager and trade info for iron (I'm signed in with my dad's account)

    This is a good idea except that my first move is always to steal the crops and sell it back to them, I feel like the police villager would not like this
