Arctic Circle

The Arctic Circle idea is a area that covers Northern Canada, Northern Norway, Northern Sweden, and many more places that are inside it. Fir and Pine trees (Or it could be spruce) are lush and populated in this biome. Possible mobs could be reindeer (Caribou), moose, and/or snowy owls (And of course polar bears!). In this biome, at night the Northern Lights can be spectated in the atmosphere; which really give it that arctic effect. Blocks in this biome are all included in Minecraft (Blue ice, ice, packed ice, snow, etc.), but perhaps it would be cool for players to hear the rumble of water beneath the ice, or called "Singing Ice" which is a peaceful effect, for this biome could possibly be a calming place for players to set foot in. One more idea could be to add sleds; that reindeer or dog teams could pull and steer, for a faster way across the snowier snow.
