Constructed Boats

Boats should be constructed by building rather than crafting. This can be done by adding a steering wheel block that selects an area of blocks (area can be increased by material upgrades), and just as long as the blocks selected are touching water, and theirs a thing that can make the boat move (paddles, sail, or propellor) the boat is made, and just as long as the boat has proper buoyancy and air to make up for the weight, the boat can stay afloat.
