Exploding arrow enchantment

You can enchant your bow or crossbow with the exploding enchantment and when you shoot an arrow it will explode on impact

    There will be exploding 1 and exploding 2. Exploding 1 would not explode blocks and be slightly less powerful. Exploding 2 would explode blocks and be more powerful

    Does it just affect mobs/players or does it damage terrain too?  (I'd lean towards not damaging terrain, or if it does, only very soft blocks (sand, dirt, etc.) in a fairly small area.

    Like I said in my earlier comment, exploding 2 would be able to explode blocks and only weak blocks would probably be a good idea too and then exploding 1 will pretty much be just for the splash damage,

    If it was only in creative, it would ruin the whole point, which is to have good not tnt splash damage in bedrock.

    I thought of it as a curse when I read the title.
    I thought an item cursed with it would explode somehow at some point.
