When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

I had an idea like this but it was more like the wind pipes in Minecraft Dungeons. I thought it would be cool if we could use a wind turbine and some wind pipes to connect and bring wind wherever you need it. You could make this work in water with a Hydro Turbine and Hydro Pipes. Turbines can be activated by Redstone and if they are not connected to any pipes via the back of the turbine then they will only run the turbine spinning animation on the block. If they are connected to the pipe then from out the back of the pipe there will be a strong gust of air that can blow entities down, up, sideways, and can even make them hover. When you try to use a Wind Turbine underwater it will not work and will not produce air, and when you try to shoot wind into the water it will just spew out some bubbles. Hydro Bubble Turbines would be crafted with soul sand or magma blocks to aim bubble column in any direction. Normal Hydro Turbines would simply suck in water and the pipes they are connected to will spit it out.
