Stability a new bow enchantment

Since combat snapshot no. 8b added again the bow fatigue and added 3 sec before u start getting bow fatigue how about let's add a new enchantment called stability since the default delay when you start experiencing bow fatigue is 3sec, when you add stability, e.g stability 1 was added to the bow, then the delay becomes to 4 sec instead of 3. Stability 2 will have 5 sec and so on. So that's my suggestion just don't remove the bow fatigue in the future but add a new enchantment instead.Thank you

    Stability 1 = 4 seconds

    Stability 2 = 5 seconds

    Stability 3 = 6 seconds

    I feel that's reasonable. Should stability conflict with anything though? Or should it be like Unbreaking and doesn't conflict with anything? (On the bow at least, as far as I can remember.)
