Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Smithing table: upgrade rail

The current usage of the smithing table is to place a (diamond) item and then a netherite ingot into the other slot to upgrade the item to netherite.

I've been wanting to be able to turn normal rails into powered rails. Could we have the option to use a gold ingot with a rail to convert it to a powered rail?

This goes on the back of other suggestions about being able to upgrade different kinds of armour to their next level - it'd be nice to get more usage out of smithing tables
