Wool should slow down the spread of fire and Charred Wool

As wool extinguishes fire quickly after ignited in real life, implement it into minecraft. This would mean wool still could catch fire, but the fire would be put out within a few seconds after ignition. Each time this happens, the wool block would advance a charred stage and eventually would turn into an ash block, which would crumple and fall like sand,
