The idea: Chestplates gain a new enchantment called "Bulwark" which decreases knockback from attacks. Level I grants +0.05 knockback resistance and Level II grants +0.1 knockback resistance in addition to the armor's inherent knockback resistance, if it has any. Nether-exclusive like Soul Speed.
The upsides: Further incentivizes exploration of Nether and bartering. Gives chestplates more enchantments which they seriously need. Dichotomy between Knockback II/Punch II and Bulwark II. Cool name, in my opinion.
The downsides: Might undermine uniqueness of Netherite armor's knockback resistance. Anti-knockback enchantments are a popular, seemingly rejected request.
