Another hostile underwater mob

A new underwater hostile that roams the seas. It can maybe look like a manta ray with a stinger, that gives the player the poison effect. It can also drop fins which the player can craft into a special item that allows you to swim faster in the water.

    Yeah I actually agree with this. I agree with this because the drowneds are two common, if you think about it in the over world we have zombies, skeletons, spiders, creepers e.g. why not have more variety of underwater hostile mobs, mob A was cool but I don’t think they will add it back :(.

    Minecraft waters desperately need a new hostile mob, Drowned is really the only thing I'm fighting, and it gets boring. Why get an Axolotl army if that's all you're fighting?
