I think an enchanted cauldron would make a lovely addition to anyone's minecraft kitchen/work area, and I've got a few ideas for what these enchantments would be, with different reasons as to why to include them.
The enchantment itself would be done by simply placing it into the enchantment table, and spending your lapis and levels respectively. The two ideas I have at the moment are "Bottomless" and "Awkward."
Bottomless would make it so using glass bottles on your cauldron don't empty the cauldron. This would make it so that you don't need to run to a bit of beach, or to the ocean to refill your cauldron, and you don't need to install an infinite source into your house. Now glass bottles wouldn't empty it, but a bucket would so that's how you would empty it.
Awkward would make it so that the glass bottles you take out of the cauldron would be awkward potions automatically. Again this would give further purpose to having and using a cauldron in your brewing (as a lot of the time most of what someone might use would be an infinite water source).
OK, so realizing that these enchants are pretty powerful there's the issue of earning it in the game. I think at the very least these enchants would be level thirty enchants.
The other way that might make these more of a challenge would be altered crafting for these items. I think materials that would make sense for these would be: ender pearls/ eyes of ender, basalt, netherite, gold, emeralds, diamonds, and so on.
